I made spring garlic pesto tonight. As you can probably imagine, it was very garlicky. My breath could kill a whole young adult section of vampire novels right now. It’s just olive oil, a couple spring garlic stalks, parmesan cheese, and sunflower seeds chopped up real fine and then taken for a spin in my magic bullet.
